Called them for a new garage door & special ordered one. 2 months later we called to see if it came in, yup but were too busy to install. We will call to set appointment. 1 month later we called again & asked if they wanted us to buy a door somewhere else? Then they set appointment & installed it. Month later I purchased a new car but lost both remotes so I asked to buy a new replacement. Here"s a new but won't do any good without a electronic bridge for $50. I attempted to program with no success but also erased the memory code for all our cars. They sent a nice friendly young man out & he got it to work maybe one out of 6 times. He also said door wasn't installed correctly in the 1st place & made adjustments not related to my last problem. No big deal. I called office back complaining about inconsistent operation & was told but it did work? Right? Yes but once in 6 tries. There is nothing we can do because you have interference with LEDS or something & was very nasty & condescending to my wife. We paid about a $100 for that trip & was told he would charge a service call if they came again. We said all we want is for it to work & made appointment. They canceled before anyone came out again. I took bridge back, got a refund for part only & was insulted again by the man with the worst people skills in the city. Sadly I lost my cool now also. just wanted it to work. Are you still with me? So I called the competition & they sold me a remote, went home & programed everything in a matter of 10 minutes. Now ask me why they shouldn't get even a one star? Stay away from this business!
