  • I loved this place so much until I went to get in my car after they cleaned it up inside, and the seam was split on driver seat! I have a 2014 Mercedes, so not some old car... The guy said it was like that before... NO WAY! I pay extreme close attention to detail and would know if this had happened before... it looked like a bunch of crumbs on my seat, so I asked him to vacuum it some more. Sadly, not the case. I reported it and never heard a thing. The nice man who helped me at Mercedes said is was most likely a knee that forced it to split... a knee that was kneeling on my car seat cleaning my interior??? Correct. Needless to say, I will never go there again.
