  • I came into Prada two days ago to buy a nylon backpack and I loved it so much I wanted to add a robot charm to the bag, I felt it would complete the look. I can in today to buy my little robot "Nancy" and when I went to put her on my bag and the store manager Sarah was completing my transaction and noticed a small tear on the edging of the pocket, we were both surprised because I had just bought the bag days prior.. She was so gracious and kind and immediately asked if she could "please get me a replacement bag" I was so surprised at the high level of customer service and how immediately she stood behind her products that I will continue to be a life long client of Prada Scottsdale.. Sarah, Sherey and all of the team at Scottsdale Prada are so wonderful every time I walk into the store it doesn't matter if I'm just browsing or spending thousands... I can't recommend this location enough, they are truly dedicated to their product and the quality of every piece they produce.
