  • We had a very rough start with EF. The guy that came for the in home shopping was extremely rude, unhelpful and did not want to offer any of the carpet we were looking for. He showed us only two kinds of carpets and said "well, this is all I got, and it's my job to give you a quote so I'm gonna do it, get out of your way and call it a night"... he did not have us the chance to say "yes, we want the deal or not", he just stormed out and my wife and I were left puzzled because we had no idea what had happened. The next morning we received a call asking about "our in home shopping our experience" and we went off telling the sales person the experience we had and she was very upset and said that the way he treated us, it was not the way they do business. They asked us for a second chance and we accepted. They sent us another guy who was very friendly, he showed us an extensive variety of samples that the previous guy didn't and he explained all the details and pricing... definitely over did themselves. We love the carpet and they installed it the next day.
