  • DONT DO IT!! THIS IS YOUR WARNING!! IF YOU LIKE: -getting lied to about sales and prices by the sales associates (price of the couch purchased went down in price in 30 days after being assured by sales associates that they never have sales.) -poor management with bad attitudes -feeling like you are getting dicked around (while we are getting treated like sh*t by the manager, the sales person Barbara said "be sure to leave a good review for us!") Are you kidding?! -having to contact the corporate office to resolve simple problems that middle management should be able to solve -getting damaged items delivered to you and drivers cussing you out in Spanish bc they think you don't understand and have to take it back then, go for it. The prices are not worth the hassle. Either order online so you don't have to deal with the incompetent staff but risk crappy quality, or find better service at CB2, West Elm, Macy's that will back up your quality and prices. THERE IS A REASON WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD. I took the risk and regretted it the instant I paid.
