rev:text	Have used this company for at least three years - always paid the year in advance and they would let me know when it was time to renew that contract. This time, they didn't and I was charged the monthly fee. When I called about it, I was met with resistance and "too bad-so sad" attitude - we did the service and you have to pay the $57!! Will NOT be renewing my contract, nor recommending them again!
