  • Everytime I go there, they tell me something new is wrong with my car after the inspection. When they told me I needed new tires, I decided to wait and check elsewhere for prices. When I came back next time with my exhaust hanging, they didn't even mention needing new tires (I hadn't changed them yet) after the inspection. They did, however, quote me for $700 to change my whole exhaust system under my car. I said I can't do that. They said how about $300 to change one part. They showed me under the car and said it was rusted and needed changed. Mind you, nothing was going wrong with the car other than the tailpipe was hanging low, no actual problems. I said I couldn't do it. Got the estimate and left. I called my uncle who lives an hour away and drove to see his friend who owns a car repair place. All that needed done was the part needed welded back under the car, no problems with the actual parts. He did it for free. Ladies, especially, I have been ripped off so many times dealing with my car. If you feel like you can't trust who's doing the work, don't go there. If you feel like they are giving you a bad deal, get another estimate. I'm no longer willing to be taken advantage of at these car places. I will say the staff was friendly, I just didn't trust them.
