  • Most unreliable service I have ever encountered. Had a 10:00 am appointment. Had to call at 10:30 to find out what was going on. The little boy on the phone had the audacity to tell me that "a new crew would be coming out" and they were running late. When I asked him why I wasn't informed that someone different was coming he replied "it's not that big a deal". Still waiting for a call from someone and wondering why a company would think its ok to treat clients this way. There are way too many other companies out there waiting to provide great customer service. Oh and by the way, hanging up on people when you know you are wrong does not help matters either. Do not use this company if you need any type of reliability. Not the first time thy have been unreliable, but definitely the last.
