  • When it comes to car accidents, I rarely get' em. After about 12 yrs of accident free, I have a lady who decided to bump into my car on my way to work. Thus led to my interaction at LMP Automotive (thanks to the State Farm Agent). At first glance, I think many people would veer away from the facility. It is located in a not-so-good neighborhood of Cleveland and the place is small and dinky. It would seem that unfriendly company also tends to visit the place during office hrs and the employee had to kick them out. But once I got to talking to the estimator (the owner's son), he identified all the things that needed fixing: dents from the accident, painting, replacing the hub caps and redoing the alignment. He even caught problems that I did not anticipate from the accident but was caused by the accident. Outside of the accident, I had addition work done (curb bumping and parking in public garages is a hazard) and he gave me an excellent price. They company gave me lifetime warranties on the paint and finish. They were also able to get the whole car fixed in a very timely manner and kept me inform of it's status via cell phone. So far, I have had my car for 3 weeks and it still looks great (like a brand new car). I am very satisfied with the work from LMP and would highly recommend this company to all those that need Auto Body repair for a fair price.
