  • The doctors are okay and I have been going here for years but I will not go here anymore. I was four minutes late -- four lousy minutes -- and I called en route to let them know and they said it was okay....no problem. Upon arrival, they did not have my file pulled, told me (not asked) to wait and after 10 minutes informed me that they could not see me because they were double-booked and I was late. My advice...for what it is worth. First of all -- don't double-book people (which de facto means they will have to wait) and then refuse to see them.. Second -- don't expect customers to wait to see the doctor (either because you are behind schedule or double-booked) and then penalize them for being four minutes late. Finally -- Consider loyalty in your decisions. I have been coming here for years and had never been late and never once was I ever in the exam room at the scheduled time. To refuse to see my dog because of four minutes after I was loyal customer to them for years is ridiculous. I was also not comfortable with the way the receptionist treated me.
