  • This would have been a 1 star if it wasn't for their manager. I walked in during their 21 days of beauty promotion looking for help and 6 people that worked there passed right by me, some multiple times, some to help the person that was standing either to the side or behind me. When I did flag someone down they led me to the product I had questions about and then helped the customers standing in front of the product when we got there and left after those people were satisfied. The manager was lovely though. She calmed me down (I was pissed) and helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me samples to combat the service I received. I'd like to think it wasn't a race thing, as I was the only minority in the store, either way I will now be taking my business to the location in cranberry or to Sephora.
