  • For my first time buying an Audi, it was a fantastic experience. Couldn't get any better. Everyone there was great. They were all respectful, honest, had great personalities, courteous and always went the extra mile to make us feel like we were their "VIP" customers. Joon and Chris were great. Jacob step in and got us started. He was fantastic. Alex stayed late after hours for us and got us situated in our new Audi. That was awesome of him! Great customer service right there! And Charles was wonderful. He definitely took care of us and a man of his word. I appreciate the service we got and when my wife is up next; that will be the place we will be going.
