  • So, being new to Las Vegas, and having a wife with a serious gluten allergy, we have been seriously dismayed by so many restaurants without a gluten free menu, or a super skimpy gluten free menu. We called and were told they had many gluten free options. Being skeptical based on our experiences so fast, we decided to take a chance. It is located in a strip mall, small and pleasingly intimate with outdoor seating. As soon as we entered, there were smiles all around. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The menu is awesome, and they had examples of their menu in a display case. It looked incredibly delicious, and smelled amazing. The staff went to great lengths to explain the gluten free options, and even shared their own story of celiac disease and how it impacted their menu. We ordered 3 pizzas, all different and special, including a gluten free pizza. The food was AMAZING! Great flavor, perfectly done and obviously made with care. Most importantly, my wife's pizza was incredible, and it was good to see her smile as she ate. After driving a ways to get there, we decided it was soooo worth it, and we will be making them our go to spot for Italian food. The stromboli looked awesome, so that will be my next order. And guess what...THEY DELIVER!! Even way out to my house! We are most definitely fans and loyal customers from here on out.
