I sometimes tear up thinking about the truffle ricotta. It brings me straight to tears. Because the entire place is so expensive, but also, it's beyond good. I make my own truffle honey at home. I buy ricotta and fancy crusty bread. But it isn't the same. I keep thinking: what can I do without? Should I stop paying utilities? How can I save in gas? Do I really *need* other food? Or should I just eat one of the ricotta things a day? And unfortunately, reason normally takes over.
If you're with a group and have the budget, it's fun to get the charcuterie, the truffle ricotta, maybe split a pizza and some bacon brussel sprouts - it'll be $60+drinks, but also, it's fun, the ambiance is nice, and you'll be dreaming about it for the next year.
