  • I never do reviews unless it is a couple of experiences or superb/unbearable but Chase got me yesterday to actually download Yelp! I wanted to deposit 100 dollars into My Sons account and needed a cashiers Check for $1205 kill 2 birds 1 stone right? No! Sarah, my 2nd encounter, refused because I'm not a customer, asked if I'm a signer and I wasn't sure but I am legal guardian and paperwork is on file here. She demanded his card and I asked why she said if you aren't on here no deposit with card? What the heck? I can't believe I am making a deposit with card(they don't accept cash!) from one account to another and she refused. It is hard to explain but the no cash thing is bad enough but to refuse the deposit with card. When she saw how mad I was she back peddled but I was already lost I have encountered her before she's not service oriented and also refused to give me a card or her name and number! Not like that guys, come on!
