  • If I could give zero stars I would what a change from last year!!! I don't even know where to start, the check in was horrible and the girl at the front desk was very rude Mariana was her name. The food at Ricks cafe was horrible! Couldn't even chew the prime rib. The room the sheets were just thrown on the mattress, holes in the curtain and dirty and dusty. Worst 281.00 I've ever spent! We were charged wrong other people in our party were given keys to an occupied room! To sum it up I will never ever recommend this place to my worst enemy and to think we've been coming here since it was a Loews property. I'm ashamed I invited family to join us this time with all this poor poor service at the front desk. Oh and to top it off we were told that getting wrong keys happens all the time in hotel.... WHAT????? Really ? Mariana you need a class in customer service!!
