  • for the life of me I cannot understand how this place is rated to highly on yelp. My experience was pretty much the exact opposite of what everyone else has experienced. The person barely spoke to me. I felt awkward being there, like I was an imposition to her television shows that were on her ipad on both visits. I rated it two stars because the alteration she did on my suit was actually done pretty well. But ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service skills. I waited a whole week to go back and barely be spoken to, not thanked and for more rude service, which is a shame because I really wanted it to be good after reading the reviews. I give two stars... and I dont know that I should... but its not a 1 star... maybe 1.5
