  • Did not have the greatest experience. Ordered shutters in early October and they were finally installed correctly in late February. When they first arrived in January, they were wrong. Second installation wasn't quite right either but finally the third time was the charm. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 star experience was Sean from the manufacturing company coming out and fixing some of the inconsistencies. Communication is not a strong point and overall was definitely not worth it. Do some research on other companies before deciding...we would not go with Larry again based on our experience. This is not a mistaken review. Larry does not have communication skills and installation is poor with no attention to detail
