  • This is the guy. This is the one you want helping you with your insurance. Ethan saved me from a lifetime of debt. Read on! Ethan is the only person to successfully sell me something via cold call. In 2016, he called me out of the blue to talk about my health insurance options. I'm a small business owner, and I had just turned 31 a few months prior, and was approaching the age where my family's medical history starts to get a little rocky. Bad backs, migraines, and cancer have become taboo in my family. I was driving down the i10 when he called me... I'll never forget it, it was like a sign from the heavens to be prepared for something. I told him I was driving, but traffic was slow, and to give me his spiel. It was intriguing, so I set up an appointment to go to his office, way the heck on the other side of the planet (I drove from Tempe to Glendale by the Cardinal's Stadium to get there)... And after listening to his detailed explanation of the plans and answering all my questions, I realized I should've made the drive years ago. Ethan is friendly, patient, and extremely versed in explaining insurance in easy-to-understand terms. He answered all my questions, and even sometimes though I asked them more than once, he never seemed less than happy to break down the explanation further, always finding a way to present new concepts to me in a way that I could comprehend and remember. But I don't remember things very well, as Ethan would find out over the next year, and I bombarded him with questions about what was covered and what was not as I'd feel a cold kicking in or flu season approaching, pains in my back, or dental visits on the horizon. Ethan is never further than a phone call away. He returns calls quickly if he doesn't answer right away, but you can rest assured the only reason you don't get him on the phone for an hour with the first call is because he's helping someone just like you on the phone already. He's courteous like that, and it's admirable and respectable. Wouldn't you know it that I actually wound up using the insurance plan for a major event less than a year later? Saved me $100,000... let's look at how many zeroes that is... that's a LOT of zeroes. "What happened?" ... Kitchen accident... severed two tendons in my dominant hand (pinky and ring)... instantly couldn't move those fingers... Never been so scared before, like EVER. Got rushed to the ER, barged in "I NEED A DOCTOR!", rushed into a waiting room, blood was gushing onto my palm with every anxiety-filled heart beat. It was like a scene from Hollywood Magic, but I was bawling. I run a computer repair company, I need both hands to pry apart laptops, I use my dominant hand to do all the strong stuff and fine-tune all the minor details... I didn't think I'd ever work again. And my plan didn't cover it, I didn't sign up for the plan that could cover everything, the first-class of plans. God, I was such an idiot. I called Ethan, crying like a baby as I'm sure he remembers. I said "I'm in the ER, I severed my tendons, I can't close my fingers, I can't afford this. What do I do?" Oh my GOD he took care of it. Within a few hours of the surgery, his insurance company took care of me. They did a one-time courtesy backdating my insurance plan to right before the accident as being the crème de la crème... I paid the difference in the plans for what, two months? It was so affordable, I had the amount in cash on me at the time, I was only worried about what they would cover from there... I got the hospital bills a few days later. $30,000 hospital bill, $45,000 surgery bill, $15,000 anesthesia, and a few tens of thousands in miscellaneous bills. America needs to cool it with these ridiculous health care costs. I called Ethan again, packing... these were numbers I couldn't even fathom. I'd never had $8,000 in my account all at once, much less the $100,000 total I was being billed for. I cried again. He said "the insurance is still processing your backdating to first class. It'll be taken care of, don't worry and keep me in the loop on your end. I'll call them and inquire about where they are in the process". Ethan wound up keeping ME in the loop, and a few days later, I started receiving revised bills. Miscellaneous expenses, wiped out... $8,000, wiped out... $30,000, wiped out.... $45,000, WIPED OUT. ALL MY BILLS WERE PAID. I cried AGAIN! I got a check in the mail to cover miscellaneous expenses for therapy for choosing a specialist that was out of network, I paid off what was left... I CRIED AGAIN!! It felt so good to have that burden lifted off my shoulders. I called Ethan and told him the good news. He was as excited as I was! He was truly happy for me. I thanked him, many times. I'm pretty sure I called him more than a few times just to say "thank you" again. He truly cares about his clients, and after you speak with him in depth, you'll feel less like a client and more like a friend. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, ETHAN!!
