  • I went alone to Pure Sushi being new to Scottsdale, this place needs warmer friendlier hostesses that understand a single diner doesn't want to sit at table for 4 right by front door, the sushi bar or cocktail lounge would always be better. And this is what I requested. She asked me why I was there....to eat....duh. Very unprofessional. Then she asked me how many people.....hummmm came in alone and told her table for one. Sushi chef was friendly and chatted a little. I'll go back but I will mention something if I'm greeted this way again. Happy Hour pricing is pretty good. Pretty good wine list.
