Let me start by saying the actual clinical work I received from Dr. Lee and Dr. Bhotar was great. Good quality dental work with good bedside manner. The staff were all great and helpful for the most part as well.
Now to the negatives. I came to value dental needing a lot of work done, and I paid ahead of time in cash for a variety of services. Up until my visit today everything has been decent. It's a new office so often times my appointments would run long while tools needed to be found or other small issues I can tolerate would slow things down. That's okay, I know what it's like to start a business. It's a tad hectic. I also had multiple appointments with no air conditioning and this was in December so you can imagine, it was typically far below 70 degrees to the point where I couldn't stop shivering. Again, I soldiered it out with a smile and tried to help however I could.
The billing staff have been great until I ran across someone who said they were the regional manager at my last appointment. They demanded I pay my bill immediately for some surprise work I had done (I still had several treatments I had paid ahead for that hadn't been done yet) and she also refused to honor the credits I had accrued from several of their promotions. (Can donation drive, e-mail promo etc.) saying they had already discounted me enough for what I had paid ahead of time in cash. I calmly tried to find a solution but she was pushy and disagreeable. I asked to see the invoice and she quickly pointed at a couple things on a screen obviously trying to be unclear.
So after being hard sold at 9am by a company I had already paid thousands to in advance for treatment, I decided to revise my original review. I went ahead and paid what she said I owed just to avoid further conflict. I cannot recommend any business that I cannot trust to keep their word.
