I did the 6 week challenge and paid $260. I enjoyed the classes in the beginning of the 6 week challenge. Then I started to notice that other classes were much more advanced and were using the bars by week 2, my class didn't touch a bar until about week 4. (Keep in mind that I have done crossfit before so you can imagine how frustrating this may have been). By the 6th week I was going on vacation and had made up my classes Monday - Wednesday. (You have to attend classes 3 times a week and the final week you will have your final weight, measurements, and pictures taken to compare to what you started with) After Wednesday's class, I asked Rob if I could do my measurements early since I would be out of town and his response was "you're shit out of luck". You can understand how extremely upset I would be as this is not the way you treat a 'paying' customer. I then went on to e-mail the owner to discuss how inappropriate this was and of course I never got a response from him either. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I do not recommend trying this gym. From my experience I did not learn very much during these last 6 weeks and the way I was treated by the trainer Rob and the owner goes to show they don't care about the business they just want your money and since they already had my $260 they didn't care to respond.
