  • V ERY disappointed. I have been on hold for 40 minutes with HPN trying to find an urgent care close by. This office really stood out since they had all 5 star ratings. I called and talked to some young girl that sounded like she was send over from the "French Fry Dept." at McDonalds! She spoke for 5 mintues kept going around in circles when I asked if she took my type of insurance asking me where I got it. I couldn't get a straight answer from her. End result: she tells me to call back on Monday! (Don't you think URGENT CARE means ya kinda need something right now??!) Welcome to Healthcare in Las Vegas!
