  • Non smoking room smelled strongly like smoke, and the front desk said that all that they could do was give us some air freshener. The house keepers smoked in our room, and made the situation. When we complained we were told that the manager would call us about the situation, however we never heard from the manager. The outside door wouldn't close securely, the bottom of bathtub was black, there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. We asked for more TP before we left the room and when we returned we found a roll of TP lying on the bed by the door. The only way to get internet service was to pay for it. Both beds had blankets that had several large cigarette holes in them, there were no bed spreads. A room for 4 people and there were only 2 towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. The curtains were sagging and falling down, and the street noise was really loud.
