  • Sprint is great for taking your money. as a matter of fact their representatives are excellent at taking your money. I have had service there since July 2014. however instead of switching over my samsung 4 from another company, they gave me an LG which did not work properly. he then gave me another samsung 4, but they did not inform me if they were going to charge me for it. essentially they stole my phone but I did not find out for months afterwards. my plan which should have been $55 was actually 118 dollars per month. 10 months later I try to get an issue resolved with a laggy phone. I want to upgrade, but am not elgible. I cannot get help with my phone from the store. I cannot get Assistance over the phone. there is no one call resolution. I have talked to a dozen representatives who just come up with excuses and stick me with the bill. if my phone is not working, it should be fixed not constant excuses as to why they're not responsible or will not help. Sprint has been a nightmare. and their service stinks. I couldn't even get a battery at the store location. they wanted me to drive to Tempe just for a battery. I have totally canceled services. and went with a different carrier. I will never deal with Sprint ever again, and let's not even talk about coverage. there are many places that Sprint does not go and you don't find out until you get there goodbye Sprint you suck. Thanks for losing my business when I paid on time every month.
