  • The move went o.k. They didn't mark the boxes so we had no idea which room they should go to. The problem started when they broke footrest of our expensive reclining sectional. I was also over charged for one hour and needed to reimbursed. As requested I filled out a claims form and submitted the receipt. That was 3 1/2 months ago. I've called and emailed many times and was always told that someone will get in touch with me. No one ever did. Total run around. Nobody inspected the couch and I was never reimbursed for the extra hour. I would never hire them again.
