  • I would give it no stars if I could after today, almost a Year ago I tried Kate spade for the first time I loved the bag and the handle came apart they were super nice took back the purse and the wallet because I had bought a matched set the second purse did the same thing and they again graciously exchanged both, today it happened a third time, not only did the sales lady treat me as though I was putting her out and taking her paycheck by returning the purse she would not exchange my wallet as they had done the other two times, When I questioned why not she stated to me we don't take back used wallets I said you did the other two times check my account she said well the policy probably changed, I exchanges the purse and bought a matching wallet despite the poor customer service, which i am not talking hundred of dollars this was a 44.00 exchange, but based on how I was as treated today I will not go back to another Kate spade when there are other designers that are happy for me to pay them top dollar for their purse and are willing to treat you with respect, a smile and are glad to have you buying their product.. goodbye Kate spade ...
