  • First time to this place and was due to a change in insurance. Met with Dr. Kelsey. The office itself is nice, big, clean, and organized. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient. Like the updated, technical equipment they use. One issue, which was resolved upon check out...due to medical issues, I had some specialized testing done. Even though I had been contacted prior to my visit and then asked twice while there about my insurance...they moved forward with some specialized photographs which I was told would be ok because it would be covered under the medical portion of my insurance. Turns out that they don't work with Humana medical...but the charges for these photos were credited because of the mix-up. Overall I had a great experience and I have new glasses coming in a couple of weeks. Loved the experience of picking out frames...a huge selection was chosen for me (at my request) and then as I tried each one on, I had good feedback from the tech about the look and how it fit my face. Ended up with a frame that is different from what I've worn before but I love them!
