  • Stayed here for one night before we got transferred to the Palms Place. My friend stepped on a random piece of glass on the floor and started bleeding. He better not get aids! We called the front desk and informed them. They sent security up to take pictures and ask you to sign some paper acknowledging that they offered you medical help. The security lady was pretty nice. The person she informed the incident to however, was unhelpful. She said they were going to submit the incident for review and get back to us. For what? I don't know. How about a sincere apology! 2 weeks later and NOTHING. I will never stay here again. Also, the shower does not have a door. What the hell.
