  • Visited John Robert's for a bikini wax before my vacation. The esthetician seemed a bit uncomfortable waxing my bikini area which I found odd. Perhaps I was her first, not too sure. She did a terrible job at making me feel comfortable, not much talking, just instruction on where and when to move/lift my legs. But whatever, she finished and I went to pay. The front desk woman was just awful. When I went to the desk she was talking with another staff member behind the desk. She acknowledged my presence by holding out her hand for payment. She never looked at me, never spoke to me, never smiled, nothing. I've never been treated like that in my life. The other staff member looked at me and it was clear she noticed. I should have said something but it wasn't even worth it. Thanks for making me feel so unwanted. Never again will I visit your salon.
