  • When we started toying with the idea of putting in a pool, we reached out to Presidential in order to get an idea of cost. Someone came out to the house, surveyed and asked questions, then informed us he'd be in touch with an estimate and some drawings. Well, we never heard back. A couple of months went by and we heard on the radio that Presidential was having a big celebration at their facility with burgers, tours, etc. and we decided to go. The SAME guy informs us that we look familiar but he's not sure why. He again scheduled time to come to our house the very next day and when he arrives, he realizes why we looked so familiar. Well, same experience. We let him know we are very serious, he says he'll get back to us with drawings and an estimate and we NEVER hear back! Presidential clearly doesn't need any new business and we were happy to spend our money with a pool company that's rated highly and took amazing care of us.
