  • I don't usually write reviews, but do not live here! They sell this place as a luxury apartment, but it is not. They do not clean up items, the common areas have quickly gotten worn out, and the parking structure is filthy!! They have never cleaned it since construction ended. There was dry puke for a month by the elevator and it was not cleaned for 4 weeks after telling them about it 3 times. There are dirt clods, dirt, dry spills, and leaves all over the garage. I heard there are no water hookups in the garage so they can't clean it and won't hire a service to clean it. There is plenty of inventory in downtown Phoenix, and many of my fellow residents send they are not renewing. Move somewhere else and get the same 2 months free deal, just google it and there are plenty. I wish I had seen a review like this before I signed my lease.
