I absolutely agree with the comments above. My friend got me soap from this store, I really liked it and wanted to get more. I went to the store several times after that but always felt uncomfortable because of very pushy sales people. Once they called me and invited to a free facial treatment. Even though I knew they would try to sell, I went since I was in the area. It was far from a facial...just sampling the product, which is fine. The fact I hate was how badly the lady wanted to sell me products...she said that my skin was not in a good condition for my age, that I need to take care of it urgently and don't listen to my dermatologist and my routine was completely wrong for my type. I really doubt that she had a medical degree. When she realized her strategy failed she got very rude. They tried to call me back many times. I'd never come back if not my mom who wanted to get soaps for her friends. So I went with my mom and when we were paying they asked her what she used for her skin. The sales lady was basically saying she looked old and she needs to try ERA. When I said that she would not try because she was allergic, the sales person made a face and was trying to keep convincing to do facials right there...No one should talk to other people like that, it's not just impolite, but rude! This is the reason I'm writing this review. I'm very disappointed with the service. It's just horrible.
