  • Terrible experience. We showed up with our three year old with possible strep after being up all night. The woman at the front counter was very unfriendly. She said that we would need to verify coverage with our insurance first. Not really possible on a Saturday. I've never had to get my phone out and call my insurance before being treated. So weird. We asked, and out of pocket just to see the doctor would be $400-500!!!! What? Wow. Not the place for us. We took our sick child and ran out of there. Rude woman, terrible service, never again will Dignity get my money. We went to All Kids Urgent Care on Cooper and Baseline. Far better. Nice people great care.
