  • I do not recommend this gym. They have resorted to emotional tactics, unsolicited text communications, and less than subtle attempts at guilt to get me to come back after I stopped attending classes. I was given a verbal promise that I could cancel my membership if my work schedule wouldn't allow attendance, this promise was never kept. Instead, I continued to receive texts after asking them to stop contacting me and telling them I was not coming back. The texts seemed to accuse me of acting emotionally even though they attempted to appeal to my emotions. They refused to let me out of my contract unless I live more than 25 miles away or had a VALID medical condition that prevented participation. Despite their feigned acts of caring about me, it is very apparent that they only care about the money. Which is understandable, it is a business. They lied about the cancellation policies being a corporate policy, since I wrote the corporate office which confirmed cancellations are decided on a franchise level. When I emailed them about this, I never received a response. They also refused to respond to the BBB complaint I filed. The membership is extremely expensive for what you get, in my experience, I've learned more about kickboxing from YouTube videos.
