  • Good luck getting a hold of any front office people- they never answer the phone, return any voicemails left on said phone, nor do they unlock their doors during posted business hours. I would suggest making arrangements for packages because they collect dust in a back room in the office building and you'll get told that there is no package. About a week before move out they entered our apartment without giving any notice for a move out inspection. When we gave them the keys during move out they wrote down our new address. However, instead of sending an invoice on how much we owed due to cleaning/damages to our current address, they send it to our previous address. Just this week we got calls from debt collectors asking for 90 and some change not even two months after our move out date. Don't give them your money!!!!
