  • A total dump worthy of a quick visit to see the lounge act. I wouldn't stay here, and imagine my rating would drop if I did. This is downtown. This is old school. This is the smelly part of Vegas you hear about where everybody with blue hair is playing penny slots and chain smoking Kool cigarettes. The Plaza is at one foot of the Fremont Street Experience. I suggest stopping in and walking through, but don't stay long enough for the smell to stick. I have played a few table games here and even won on a slot machine one night. 2 stars for being a good place to grab a cab?
