  • Several times I've asked for light caramel drizzle (because the standard recipe for a caramel macchiato is WAY too much). I specifically go out of my way to emphasize this when ordering at the drive-thru... this has to be the third or fourth time I've asked for this and when I get my drink it actually looks like they put EXTRA caramel in there. Why?! I used to be a barista and I know what light caramel drizzle looks like. It's not an outrageous or inconvenient request at all! It's very easy... and yet, they seem to enjoy either ignoring the request altogether or actually putting in extra! I think I'm done with this location.
