  • Rude. They screwed up my glasses and said it would take time to get used to the new prescription. I took it to anther eyeglass store and it was wrong. After coming back with that info they agreed to change it, dropped my glasses on the floor then said the scratch across the lens was my fault and I would have to clam t through the insurance I bought. I finally got it straightened out and they acted like they where doing me a favor by providing the service I paid for. never buy glasses from them again.
