Why 3 stars? I'll tell you why---
I'm in the middle. I've had both a great experience and a bad experience from Kayser, Madison sales and service.
My bad incident:
I purchased the 2010 Ford Focus that I currently drive from this dealership, after owning it for 3 weeks, a computer sensor that monitors the idle went out. they would not stand behind the car since it was used and I of course did not buy the extended warranty! A $500 fix. The refused to pay for it, so I talked them into splitting the cost with me, which they did. The service people fixed it in a half day! Very quick. Gave me a car wash for free and sent me on my way. No problems ever since!
The good incident:
I received a call from my little brother telling me he had a flat tire and his spare was also flat. My quick thinking led me to Kayser since I new from purchasing my car that they were open until Midnight at least in the service dept.
I showed up with the tire, the service tech looked for a puncture wound, there was none. he pumped up the tire and sent me on my way....all this at around 11pm....free of charge!
I also get my oil changed at Kayser since my car is under Ford's 40,000 mile engine warranty. I get a free car wash every time!!!!! It take the service people around 20 minutes for an oil change....no appointment needed!
Would I recommend going here to buy a car or for service, sure. Not a yes or no---only a sure.
