| - I cannot be more upset with the pharmacy department. I went to fill my prescription, I was clearly sick, I could hardly speak to even place the order.
The gentleman said it should be out in about 15-20 minutes. I sat in the lobby in their frame benches by the pharmacy waiting for my order. After an hour a lady comes out to tell me that they don't have my prescription ready. They are backed up until next month, and offered to send the prescription to Tucson, none of the valley pharmacies had it in stock. Can you believe her?
I asked if she could call the doctor and request a similar medication. I figured I was already there and needed meds, fast!
She was not empathetic to my bad shape. She unwillingly agreed. 30 minutes later she said she could not get through, claimed the phone was busy.
I left, decided to go somewhere else. Made a stop at Safeway and requested a transfer. The lady from Safeway came out, noticeably bothered. She said the person who answered the phone, said, that the pharmacy employees were going to lunch in 10 minutes and hung up on her! She called again and it rang endlessly.
I had to wait another hour to make the request. At this point I called the manager and made a formal complaint.
He was attentive and called me back informing me that the transfer was done.
I only had a severe cold, nothing life or death, can't imagine if I did! Seriously, this place needs attention. Will never go there again and I encourage everyone to be cautions of their service, especially when it comes to ones health!
