  • Minh-Anh is my favorite place for Pho in the Cleveland area, and so far the best I've tried in the country. My wife and I have ordered take-out from here 10+ times. In Cleveland, I've also tried Superior Pho, Ninh Kieu, and Pholicious in Southpark Mall (apparently now closed.) For me, the flavor of the broth is the best here, and what puts it over the top! My favorite is #22 Well Done & Rare Beef + Beef Balls, and my wife prefers #20 Rare Beef. Besides the Pho, the only other things I've ordered here are #9 the Shrimp Spring Rolls (the peanut sauce is awesome!) and #40 the Chicken Crepe, which was also very good. The only thing I can think of that would make this place better is, I wish they had Bubble Tea on their menu.
