  • Do not take your memories to this place. My husband had planned to convert our wedding VHS (our only copy) to DVD and surprise me on our anniversary; he even paid for a rush order. It's now a month later and we have no VHS, no DVD, and they have our money. We've called back several times only for them to say "So-and-so isn't here; we'll call you back when he returns" because they couldn't find our irreplaceable wedding video. I am appalled at the horrible and unprofessional service of this place. Let me repeat, DO NOT TRUST THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS!!!!
