I reached out to renters warehouse at the reviews@renterswarehouse.com address roughly a day after posting my review as requested by Melissa L. I provided more details of my concerns, property address, relevant work order numbers, and details on who and when I'd spoken with various staff. It's been a week since I sent that, I received the following response from Caleb Gilbertson:
Dear James Pxxxx,
You May ignore this email.
That is the only response I received, no attempt given whatsoever. Why respond so diligently on Yelp to reviews if you have no plans to go beyond that to resolve client concerns. I've since signed with a competing property management service and hope that they can do better. Please see the former review for specific dates and details of some issues I experienced.
