  • Okay so it took them around 5 days to serve this document and the other party was not supposed to be opposed to accepting it since they knew it was coming and had asked for it. That being said I did find it odd it took several "attempts" with the only answer as Not Available for why it did not get delivered. The woman or women who answered the phone however were AWESOME. They always called back and checked in with me when I requested. Great customer service but not the best servers in my humble opinion. However, it did get served. The paperwork I still don't have back but they said they were backed up and I appreciate honesty. They told me maybe this weekend and I am okay with that. For a first time it was stressful and I probably would look to someone who may have guaranteed times next time if I need it. But it got served and I can relax now. Total cost $75 for 3 pages of family/custody paperwork, sent in on Tuesday served on Sunday.
