  • Hands down the worst manicure I've ever had. I waited 30 min with only two customers being serviced ahead of me. The ambiance is terrible, there are Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling and the walls are red, and the music is terrible. Children playing in the back room and screaming. I have kids so I'm quite understanding but when I get 1 hour to escape and have some me time and relax with a manicure, I would like for it to be a zen experience. I could not wait for my nails to dry to get out of there. I won't be back.
