| - DO NOT MOVE HERE. First off, we haven't even moved here and I'm glad we backed out before moving in. THANK GOODNESS!
First off, we viewed the complex and loved it. It was beautiful. Once we got home. We blindly applied. We filled everything and were waiting for approval. 2 days went by and no response. therefore, we reached out and asked them what was going on. They said they needed more paper work. Gave them the paperwork. Another 2 days went by and we contacted THEM again. They said they couldn't open our files. We sent it in a different format.
During the time we were waiting. I check reviews on the place. Something I forgot to do prior to applying. Saw the reviews and was horrified. After a week of no hearing from them and reading the reviews, I knew this wasn't going to be good. We went to the complex and tell them we want to stop the application process and get or holding fee for the apartment back. They refused of course and only then told us we were approved. AFTER A WEEK!!
After all this I emailed stating I'd like my holding fee back. They said no. YET under their policy I qualify for getting it back.
Long story short. I want to say WENDY, the property manager, at the place is the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL manager I have EVER dealt with. I wanted to talk about my holding fee issue and she said, her exact words, "we have nothing to talk about" first off WE?? Maybe you don't, but I do and that's why I stopped by. If the property manager is acting like this imagine if you have a real issue. I'm surprise she is in a position of management.
Anyways, the customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. TRUST ME, PLEASE DON'T RENT HERE.
Also is anyone has any information on a corporate contact for these people besides the generic email they gave me, please pass that along.
They suck.
