  • Wish i could give it more stars .. unfortunately they don't realize how important customer service is.We purchased our food and to my surprise the supervisor Yumen was very unprofessional and rude. Not only did she try to serve people before us , she tried to serve us an undercooked microwaved hotdog . We had already paid and was left to stand there. I spoke up and she snapped back with sas then walked off . Gabriel picked up her broken pieces and completed our order. How can a supervisor be so rude? Mind you this was the first movie showing of the day. So that tells you how she will be treating the rest of her customers she encounters today. She mustve woke up on the wrong side of the bed , but leave your attitude and anger at the door Yumen !
