  • What a terrible experience. This place is worst out of all the locations in Phoenix. Long waits, only one teller working with 10 people in line, the list goes on. Needs to be updated in the worst way. The area is very crummy with all kinds of shady characters hanging around. Lots of high pressure when it comes to opening up new charge accounts. The only positive is the nice security guard by the door. I only go in the branch if I really have to. Otherwise I'll go somewhere else.
