  • As you can see on my profile, I don't post many reviews but I was rubbed the wrong way here. Came in with my wife and my 5 year old daughter Sunday afternoon. We were the only ones there. I didn't realize this place fills up the cups for you. I found that a bit strange... I would love to get creative with different flavors and toppings but the young girl behind the counter had a bunch of restrictions on what we can do. That's fine, whatever.... The worst part about this place IS THE YOUNG GIRL behind the counter. My god.... I mean I have a business that is customer service oriented, and this lady would be gone after the first day. When my wife was asking her questions about the frozen yogurt, she was non-stop yawning.... fixing her shoulder strap.... staring into the parking lot after asking what flavors we would like.... Complete "do not care attitude". Frozen yogurt itself was ok, but other places 5-7 minutes away are way more friendly/helpful and better flavors :/
